Booking & Late Arrival Policy
A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied to the cost of your treatment at check out. This is to ensure that your booking is serious as we reserve the time for you blocking the time slot from all others.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled. Exceptions cannot always be made for traffic or emergencies. We have appointments scheduled timely with enough time for each treatment, if a treatment goes over time due to late arrival it affects others and their appointment times.
Late arrivals will be canceled and the $25 deposit is non-refundable. Please help us respect the time of our staff and other clients.
We require a credit card to be on file to secure your appointment. We also ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment time. A no show, cancellation, or reschedule within the 24 hour window will result in a $25 booking fee to be charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to ensure that we compensate our staff for their time and allow for availability for other clients.
