At Blissfusion Wellness Lounge, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. Our cancellation policy seeks to accommodate these instances while also maintaining respect for our practitioners' time.

 

Appointment Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment without a penalty if it is done more than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time.

 

Cancellation Before 24 Hours: All deposits will be refunded in full if an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

 

Cancellation Within 24 hours: If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the client will forfeit their deposit. 

 

No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the client will be charged in full for the appointment fee. 

 

We've put these policies in place to ensure that all clients have access our services while also managing our practitioners' time effectively. While we regret the need to charge for late cancellations and no-shows, the valuable time set aside for each client represents a cost to the practitioner.
